Serve Source exists to support communication and resource development serving local churches and communities through collaboration opportunities and GIS technology. With relational equity as the keystone of the organization, Serve Source acts as a connection point for Christian leaders seeking to i

dentify and collaborate with other like-minded leaders focusing on topics and challenges of many kinds that cities around our nation are facing. We assist in building strong communities by helping to make connections, sharing their stories, and identifying relational opportunities to bring leaders to a table of collaboration. We say the best way to share the love of Christ is to Connect-Collaborate-Serve!

There are some people whose impact is felt throughout an organization, even though most people never see the work happening behind the scenes.

For Serve Source, that person is Michael Gardner our Operations Director.

Michael has been the driving force behind the development of the Serve Source platform for over a year 1/2, helping create technology that equips churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community leaders to connect, collaborate, and serve more effectively. We’ve all seen and felt his impact!

What makes Michael special isn’t just what he builds—it’s why he builds it.

His passion is to see Christ glorified by supporting leaders who are serving communities across the nation and around the world. Every tool, every improvement, and every innovation is driven by a desire to help others make a greater Kingdom impact.

The things we’ve already seen are incredible. The things COMING SOON are even more exciting, and we truly believe they will change the way leaders work together to serve their communities for generations to come!

And while helping lead this mission, Michael faithfully serves his wife and growing family as they welcome a new baby into the world!

Michael, thank you for your vision, sacrifice, leadership, and servant’s heart. Serve Source is stronger because of you, and we are grateful to be on this journey together.
