The SCUMA Executive Committee is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 54th Annual Conference to be held at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. We hope you and your executive staff can join us! The conference dates are October 19th – 21st.

The SCUMA Executive Committee is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 53rd Annual Conference to be held at the beautiful Hilton SanDestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. We hope you and your executive staff can join us! The conference dates are August 18th – 20th.

By clicking the link below, you can complete the registration form for membership and the conference. Even if you are only registering as a member, you need to use the online registration link. To attend the conference, you must also register as a member.

There are two options for payment:
1) payment can be made by providing your Corporate America Credit Union member account number and your account will be automatically debited on July 30th; or
2) a check payment can be submitted to Corporate America Credit Union by July 30th. If you submit payment by check, you still need to complete the online registration.

You will find all of the hotel registration details within the link below. The deadline for hotel registration is July 13th.

Hello SCUMA attendees! Today is the day! We survived a pandemic and hurricanes and look forward to a great conference. Can't wait to see everyone tonight, registration opens at 3:30.

Hello!
Our Executive Committee has continued to meet on a regular basis in planning the 2020 conference agenda and paying close attention to the current status of the pandemic. We are very fortunate to be working with the Sandestin Hilton and because of their flexibility that have provided us with an alternate conference date. The new conference dates will be October 11th – 13th. We hope the new dates don’t create a conflict for anyone and hopeful that the new dates work out better. The beach is even nicer in the fall! If you have already registered for the conference, please email me that you and any other registered attendee will be attending or if anyone is unable to attend. If you want to register someone new or you haven’t registered for the conference, please complete the registration link: https://www.corpam.org/SCUMA-Conference

With the new dates, there are new deadlines.
• Hotel reservations need to be made by September 18th. If you have registered with the hotel, you will need to cancel and rebook for the new dates.
• Automatic payments will be drafted from you Corporate America account on Friday, September 18th.
• Check payments are due by Friday, September 18th.

Hello CU Friends!

I hope everyone is doing well and I know the last few months have been nothing but crazy!

I’m sure you have all been wondering about the plans for the SCUMA Conference. Our Executive Committee has been meeting on a regular basis and evaluating the pandemic before making a final decision. We met last week and our plan is to move forward in planning the 2020 SCUMA conference for August 19th – 21st!!! In working with the San Destin Hilton, they are being very flexible and easy to work with. As we move forward, there may possibly be some restrictions but we will communicate those with the attendees. So keep your fingers crossed for continued improvements over the next three months.

We are hoping by August, everyone is going to be ready to get away for some networking, open discussions about the what our industry has faced and what is to come and of course some relaxation. We are opening up the conference registration, click the link below for all conference details. If there are any topics (and there should be) you would like to hear about during the Beer Barrel or sessions, please submit those topics when you register. We are in process of determining the agenda, so please let us know as soon as possible.
