We are so proud to see Project Color Corpsโ€™ public art designs find a new home and reach more hearts!
Each mug features a design from one of our four chapters across the United States. Every art piece has its own story and case study, and you are welcome to explore the stories behind each design on our website.
All merch proceeds go to Project Color Corps headquarters, helping us run the organization, support our programs, and bring more color, creativity, and light into kidsโ€™ lives.

Recently, students gathered at Prescott Elementary School for an assembly exploring color theory and learning about the artwork they will help bring to life.

For PCC, color is a tool for shaping how a space feels, functions, and connects with the people who use it. At Parkrose, students are not just experiencing the design process โ€” they are helping shape it.

Designer Malik Lovette of ZGF created the artwork with input from Prescott Elementary students. Next, students will choose between two color palettes before the community comes together to paint it.

CHOSEN BY STUDENTS. PAINTED BY COMMUNITY.

Paint has been generously donated by Rodda Miller, but community support and sponsors are still needed to bring this project from rendering to reality.

Color has a way of bringing out what is already there.
Joy. Confidence. Curiosity. Connection!
Sometimes all it takes is a paintbrush to say, โ€œYou belong here.โ€

Children turn the sky into a canvas without needing permission. ๐ŸŽจ That instinct was the heart of Sky Stories, our immersive installation with Gensler at NeoCon Shows 2026, inviting 55,000+ attendees at THE MART to slow down and reconnect with their own sense of wonder.
Imagination isn't just for kids. It's what communities need to feel connected, inspired, and whole.
Thank you to Gensler for designing Sky Stories, and to Chicago Merchandise Mart for being an incredible host! Special shout out to our partners atSherwin-Williams ER2 Image Group, Shaw Contract, Andreu World, AVI-SPL, Acoufelt, and Big Construction for making it possible.

A brighter wall alone does not change a community. The conversations, collaboration, and care that happen while creating it do.

That is the transformation we are most proud to be part of.

The children may have been the reason we came together, but they were not the only ones transformed.

One of the most meaningful parts of every Paint Day is watching volunteers, teachers, school staff, administrators, parents, and community members reconnect with their own sense of play. Paint-covered hands, shared laughter, spontaneous dance breaks, and genuine conversations remind us that building stronger communities starts with people feeling connected to one another.

Thank you to every volunteer, every member of the school staff and administration, and every adult who showed up with an open heart, embraced the mess, and was willing to laugh, create, and make a difference. Your energy becomes part of these spaces, and the joy you bring leaves a lasting mark long after the paint has dried.

That is the power of color. That is the power of community.

With Gratitude,
Project Color Corps
