New this season: Performing at Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts 👋

New Century is bringing Music in Motion to a new Bay Area location on November 6 for a performance of GROOVE with Marcus Roberts Trio.

📍 500 Castro Street (corner of Castro and Mercy streets) in Downtown Mountain View. Mountain View is located 40 miles south of San Francisco and ten miles north of San Jose.
🚗MVCPA offers free and convenient parking in the Mountain View Civic Center garage.
🚄Is a short walk from Caltrain, VTA Light Rail and VTA buses at the Downtown Mountain View Transit Center.
♿MVCPA is fully accessible, including accessible seating and assistive listening system available for use.

Benjamin Beilman has captivated audiences around the world with his remarkable technique, thoughtful musicianship, and compelling interpretations of the violin repertoire. Now, he joins New Century for REFLECT—a program exploring music that reveals the emotional range and possibilities of strings.

The program features works by Olli Mustonen, Eugène Ysaÿe, Jean Sibelius, and Arnold Schoenberg, including Schoenberg’s lush and transformative Verklärte Nacht.
