Are you ready to start a meaningful career in healthcare? We are excited to open applications for our 11-week paid Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training Program, beginning September 2026 — and we want you (and your friends!) to apply!

Why This Program Is Amazing:
✅ Paid training (24 hrs/week at $21.50/hr).
✅ All training costs covered.
✅ Earn your NA-C (Certified Nursing Assistant) license.
✅ Eligible for medical & dental benefits during training.
✅ Starting pay increases to $24.95/hr after certification.

🎓 Program Details:
Training held in partnership with Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
Classroom learning + hands-on clinical experience at Overlake.
After completion, participants commit to 1 year of employment.
