KidsQuest's is location in downtown Bellevue next to the Bellevue Library and Ashwood Park. Simply choose your start time then stay and play all day. We look forward to welcoming you back in the museum for safe play and fun memories! KidsQuest is a hands-on, interactive children's museum with exhibits for children 0-10. Art, science, technology and daily life experiences are integrated in world-class exhibits with strong ties to the Pacific Northwest. Giddy up for a rootin’-tootin’ good time! 🤠 KidsQuest’s annual Halloween Spooktacular is back with a Haunted Hoedown, a rodeo-style Halloween adventure across the whole museum.

Dust off your boots and pick your costume! Cowboy, cowgirl, ghost, or skeleton, everyone will find spooktacular games and hands-on creative play, the kind of playful day that makes the love of learning start here.

Our President and CEO, Putter Bert, still gets shivers thinking about the day KidsQuest opened at Factoria Mall in 2005. Twenty one years later, we are a children’s museum that Eastside families call their own. 💛

Some love isn’t shaped like a heart. 💛 It’s shaped like a balikbayan box.

Join us for a special Story Time featuring “The Shape of Love”, a brand-new picture book by Carren Pineda (winner of the Lee and Low Books Books New Voices Award) and illustrated by Corinne Caro. This heartfelt story follows Celia, a mom working far from home, as she lovingly packs a balikbayan box (think giant care package!) with specially chosen gifts for each of her kids back in the Philippines.

It’s a beautiful celebration of Filipino overseas workers and the traditions that keep families connected across oceans, right in time for Filipino American History Month. 🇵🇭

This day traces back to Phyllis Webstad, whose new orange shirt was taken from her on her first day at a residential school. Her story became a symbol of what was taken from generations of Indigenous children, in Canada and 🇺🇸 here in the U.S. too.

đź‘• All day on Sept 30th, KidsQuest is offering a free Every Child Matters sticker, featuring art by Ts'msyen artist Morgan Asoyuf. Proceeds support the Native Northwest Reconciliation Fund.

Ep. 3 — ”My favorite gallery is whatever my kids love the most.” 💛

For her kids, that’s the train table inside our Cityscape gallery. There’s a reason the trains are always packed. 🚂 Kid-powered trains aren’t just fun, they’re how little ones start understanding how our world moves, from tracks to roads to waterways, all on a mini Seattle-Bellevue built just for them.

It’s a small moment with a big purpose, hands-on play that sparks curiosity and connects kids to their community. That’s the love of learning starting with KidsQuest.
