The ceremony will take place on the morning of Friday, May 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Mullan Park (4000 Old York Rd.) and is open to the public. The event will feature appearances by representatives from the Baltimore Orioles, and the planting of a Peace Pole, an initiative of the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation.
