We’re proud to announce our 2026 Impact Award honorees! 🎉

This year, we’re celebrating two incredible examples of what’s possible when purpose turns into lasting impact:

🏆 Blake Mycoskie — 2026 Global Impact Award Recipient

For more than a decade, Blake has been part of Well Aware’s story. From lending his voice to one of our earliest awareness campaigns to supporting the launch of Well Beyond, our maintenance app that helps keep water systems running for the long haul, his commitment has helped us build solutions designed to last.

Best known as the founder of TOMS Shoes and its groundbreaking “One for One” model, Blake has built a career around the idea that one action can create a ripple far beyond where it started.

🏆 The Atlassian Foundation — 2026 Geoffrey S. Ryder Ambassador of the Year

Since 2019, the Atlassian Foundation’s support has helped bring sustainable clean water to more than 7,440 people in East Africa. Their commitment, teamwork, and willingness to bring others into this work represent the kind of partnership that makes lasting change possible.

On November 12 at the Austin Proper Hotel, we’ll have the honor of celebrating Blake Mycoskie and the Atlassian Foundation at the 2026 Gift of Water Gala.

Please join us in congratulating this year’s honorees! 👏💧

On November 12, we get to gather again. 🩵

There’s something special about seeing so many people who believe in this work together in one room.

For 17 years, Well Aware has been built by people who keep showing up — for our mission, for our team, and most importantly, for the communities we partner with in East Africa.

Come celebrate how far we’ve come and help make what comes next possible.

Meet some of the students from our partner community, Musoa Primary School in southern Kenya! 💙

With a rainwater catchment and purification system since 2021, the students at Musoa Primary are thriving in more ways than one: disease rates are down, attendance at school has increased, and they can now focus on their education.

This is the moment that changes everything! ✨

All of the planning and collaborating with communities leads to this: the moment a community sees its new source of clean water for the first time.
