Leaders across the church are navigating a shared reality right now: familiar patterns are shifting, long-held assumptions no longer hold, and the path forward isn't always clear.

We invited pastors and lay leaders from Texas and New Mexico to discuss the realities they've found in their ministries, with three insights emerging about what this moment is asking of the church.

The future will be shaped by leaders willing to ask deeper questions, pay attention, and take faithful next steps.

Digital ministry inspired the Phygital Preaching Fellowship, but soul work was always at the heart of it. Jess Bielman, one of our nineteen fellows, recently reflected on what brought this diverse group together.

He expected conversations about algorithms, platforms, and audience growth. Instead, the fellowship became something slower and more vulnerable, a space where connection happened at the level of soul. Their trip to Silicon Valley could have been a tour of innovation and disruption. Instead, it turned into conversations about ethics, the human cost of platforms, and what technology is doing to humanity.

John Wesley's most prevalent question was simple: How is your soul?

That question still matters. Maybe more than ever, even in the digital space.

Our 2025 Impact Report is here.

Inside, you’ll find stories of faith in action — where generosity nurtures ministry, and vision becomes lived impact.

At Wesleyan Impact Partners, we believe every resource can serve God’s work when placed in faithful hands. This year’s report is a glimpse of what happens when leaders and stewards come together to strengthen the church and serve their communities with courage and hope.

We invite you to read, reflect, and see how your partnership is helping love take root and bear fruit.

By the grace of God, may it be so.

In 2025, the Phygital Preaching Fellowship brought together nineteen innovative faith leaders to explore how the Gospel takes shape at the intersection of the physical and digital.

Designed and guided by Wesleyan Impact Partners and supported by Lilly Endowment's Compelling Preaching Initiative, the fellowship equips leaders who are experimenting with new technologies and delivery systems for preaching and ministry.

This year, the fellows traveled to Boston for a learning journey on "Technologies of Liberation," engaging with Howard Thurman's legacy at Boston University's Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground.

The experience brought them back to a question at the heart of their work: If God is already at work in the digital as well as the physical, how do we respond faithfully in both spaces?

Through intentional community, theological grounding, and real experimentation, Wesleyan Impact Partners is helping the church meet people where they are, online and in person.
