District Meetings are in full swing across Texas! 🎉

We’ve loved seeing library professionals come together to connect, learn, share ideas and celebrate the work happening in their communities.

Continuing our Hispanic Heritage Month series, we’re highlighting another title from the current Tejas Star Reading List: The Life of/La vida de Valenzuela, a bilingual English/Spanish book written by Patty Rodriguez and Ariana Stein and illustrated by Cintli Reyes.

The Tejas Star Reading List encourages children ages 5–12 to explore multicultural books and discover the benefits of bilingualism and multilingualism. To find more books and activities, visit https://txla.org/reading-lists/tejas-star/resources.
