One month ago, at sunrise in Antigua, a circle of women stepped into the ocean together to release what they were ready to leave behind… and walked forward into new intentions. 🌊

We breathed.
We let go.
We received affirmations.
We shared sacred space.
We began again.

This is what sacred sisterhood can look like: space to be seen, supported, and renewed.

What started as a personal journey of healing and transformation for our founder has evolved into a global movement dedicated to making mindfulness, wellness, and emotional healing accessible to everyone from athletes + creatives to students + everyday people seeking peace and purpose. ✨
