Encouragement Inventory: Meditation is whenever we get fixed on an idea and we keep rolling it over and over in our thinking. Meditating can be a negative or a positive thought process. Meditation is not mood or tone specific without intentionality. This Encouragement Inventory can be a way to rewrite those negative self talk thoughts and to replace them with the support and encouragement you’ve already received.
