We want to give a big THANK YOU to all racers who participated in the M4M in-person and virtually this past weekend. We appreciate you ‼️ And another big THANK YOU to our awesome partners, sponsors, and volunteers ‼️ The M4M could not be possible without your generosity.

Riley’s memory and his legacy are honored through our community’s continual support of the Mighty Four Miler, and we at RHFF could not be more grateful. 💛

For the Mighty Four Miler and the Gateway to the Smokies 10 Miler Saturday, June 20th Waynesville NC: Course marshalls, aid station help, and bike leads needed to help out ‼️WE 💛 OUR VOLUNTEERS ‼️

Today marks seven years since Riley heroically gave his life so that others could live. On this day seven years ago, he did not hesitate. He knew what needed to be done. His courageous, selfless act will never be forgotten.

We remember his goofy laugh.
We remember his love of food.
We remember his love for animals.
We remember his desire to be kind to everyone.
We remember his love for the outdoors and for the planet.
We remember the deep love he had for his family and friends.
We remember his passion for pushing himself and doing hard things.

Today, honor Riley in your own way. Go for a run, spend time outside, share a big meal, donate blood, or show kindness to a stranger.

We remember you, Riley. We love you.

Seven years on, we are still living with what was lost that day. Riley is one of so many. Every day, people lose their lives to gun violence, and more families are pulled into the same grief. This cannot keep happening. Show up for the candidates and organizations fighting for gun safety. Volunteer, donate, vote.
