Asheville Phoenix Fire’s first annual holiday market convention on Saturday, December 13th at AB Tech mission conference center!

Y’all is gonna be so fun. We have an amazing vendor lineup already. Applications are closing soon, so please get those in ASAP!
We will also have some live music for you and some surprises to announce later. 😉

Mark your calendar. This is going to be the place to get your holiday gift in whatever way you celebrate the holidays. Just make it gay and show your pride. 😘

This meeting will be no longer than an hour, and we will gladly give you back some time if we can! We will focus on introductions, what folks are excited about doing and things that will help organize YULE TIDE PRIDE in December!

Hello wonderful humans!

If you've been following us on our journey and wondered if it were possible to get more directly involved, we've got exciting news. We are expanding our ranks and are looking to our community volunteers to help in that endeavor!

Our Events Committee will be working diligently to prepare and plan the things we do to bring our community together. You'll get to work with Rye on wonderful projects like our upcoming Yule Tide Pride this winter! (Be excited! 🎉 )
Creative people please reach out! This work may be both remote as well as some in person supply gathering and working the events themselves, of course.

Our Fundraising Committee will work to secure funding opportunities for Phoenix Fire to nail down what we need for a physical location and more! Folks with experience in this field for finding grants and the like would be mighty appreciated! This work may also be largely remote.

We are also in need of an individual to assist with our newsletter, which will reach out via email to keep folks thinking of the community around them in big and small ways. We want your help.

Finally, we're looking for someone to assist us during meetings as a secretary, taking diligent notes and helping keep our schedules aligned. This work can be done from a largely remote position.

If you are in interested, please reach out to us and let us know the ways you want to help! We would be so appreciative of anything you can provide!

Humans! We want to know!!
Hey happy pride month everyone! We were blown away by the support for Nerd Pride Fest on June 6. So much fun. We are so excited for next year and in the meantime are taking the rest of the month to think about what Community means and how our nonprofit wants to show up as we’re raising funding for a physical space over the next year. ✨🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Few things you can help us with-
1-consider your free time! do you have the Spoons to volunteer your time to be a part of our monthly board meetings or event committee? Let us know! We are excited about inviting more leaders to the table.
2-if you have extra income that you would like to contribute towards our fundraising efforts to having a physical space where we can be in Community all year, consider donating through our website!
3-most importantly, take care of yourselves. We are never able to show up our best in community when we are under resource. Do what you need to do to claim your joy. We are cheering you on!

TONIGHT!! We are sooooo excited! Whether you are a seasoned dancer or brand new beginner, you are welcome in this space and in our community!

The suggested donation is $10-$20 but this event is pay what you can. If that is nothing, you are still so welcome to come and dance with us! And if you are able to be more generous with your funds, you are enabling us to be able to have more events in the future and make them even better!

Doors 7:00pm, Beginner Lesson 7:30pm! See y’all sooooooon!!

Grab tickets now, we do have a limited capacity for this event! It’s going to be so fun!
25% of proceeds going to Beloved for all the incredible hurricane Helene relief and recovery they’ve done for this community!
