It’s time for this years general assembly in Phoenix!

Several NCENA Piedmont chapter members hosted a Stop the Bleed class at Medcenter Greensboro where we taught community members simple, lifesaving skills that can make a difference when every second counts.

As emergency nurses, we know that emergencies don’t always happen near a hospital. Empowering our community to recognize severe bleeding and know what to do before EMS arrives is another way we can make a lasting impact.

We had a great CPEN review class! Scott from Pedi-Ed-trics was funny and interactive and we learned so much! He even had scenarios placed around the room for us to work through. Thanks for everyone who joined us. I know you will soon be CPEN certified!
