This month, we’ve been talking about what it takes to **Grow Strong Families**—and one thing has become especially clear:

It takes all of us.

Every foster parent.
Every teacher.
Every mentor.
Every social worker.
Every volunteer.
Every neighbor.
Every friend.
Every person who chooses to show up for a child.

Each one is a piece of the puzzle. And when those pieces come together, they create something bigger than any one person could build alone. 💚

As we say goodbye to August, we’re carrying this reminder with us:

**Children don’t need a perfect community. They need a connected one.**

Thank you to everyone who has added their piece this month—and to everyone who continues to show up for children and families in our community.

Asheville's Team had the pleasure of participating in the United for Youth Block Party event, hosted by United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County this past Friday. What an amazing opportunity it was to connect with the community, laugh with friends, and learn about all the resources available to children and families in Western North Carolina!
