Today our team decided to get out of the office, worked remotely from a cute coffee shop in Oshkosh, and visited recent Leadership Institute graduate Liz Last, Executive Director of Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods.

Liz gave a tour of their beautiful new offices and filled us in on the recent neighborhood development work they've been doing in the city of Oshkosh. We can't wait to see the vision come to life over the next few months!

Advocacy continues to be a key topic identified through our February nonprofit listening sessions. From individual and issue advocacy to policy, sector, and brand advocacy, nonprofits shared a strong interest in learning how to effectively engage and amplify their voices.

We're excited to share this webinar hosted by the Goodman Nonprofit Center. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what advocacy and communication with congressional leaders can look like for nonprofit organizations.

Last week, our newest cohort of Leadership Institute had their first modules of the program - Personal Leadership, Change Leadership, and Cultural Competency!

Our leaders learned about:

- DiSC and harnessing the power of their 'letters' to drive conversations and relationships within their organizations,
- navigating and managing change using different methods and structures, and
- the cultural competency journey and seeing the world through not only our own 'lenses' but the lenses of others too.
