Last night Communications and Outreach Specialist Stacie Hazlett-Rothe joined three of our Brighter Female Futures members to celebrate them being recognized at Insight Publications' 40 Under 40 event.

The Brighter Female Futures (B.F.F.) group is a strong sisterhood of philanthropists who are determined to make an impact to make real change now for women and girls in our community. “Besties,” as they call one another, give each other an outlet for personal and professional development, where members can lift one another up and hone their leadership abilities.

Today marks FOUR WHOLE YEARS with our beloved Development Manager Terri!

To know her is to know passion and the energy of a dog that just won't quit (we're really thankful for that!)

If you've ever wanted to learn about the Women's Fund or were interested in supporting the work we've done, you've heard from Terri.

From phone calls, emails, texts, conversations over coffee, and who knows? Maybe by pigeon if she doesn't hear back, we have Terri to thank for the relationships she builds to support women and girls.

Cheers to four years with Terri, we're so grateful.

We're still reeling from Spotlight this past Wednesday where over 100 people who believe in our mission and vision gathered to celebrate our 2026 grantmaking and a longtime and tireless advocate for women, Irene Strohbeen.

We're honored to partner with CAP Services, Inc., Casa Hispana Fox Cities, COTS, First 5 Fox Valley, HeadsUp Fox Cities, Long Cheng Community Center, Safe Families for Children - Green Bay/Fox Cities, Samaritan, SiStar Society, Wisconsin Early Childhood Association, and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley to continue to empower women and girls in the Fox Valley Region.

It was such an honor to be able to attend Hmong American Day at Long Cheng Community Center as we were honored as the Women's Fund supported their Nkauj Hmoob Rising program.

We're so proud to be their partner and to see the girls flourish through this program.

Last week we got together with some of the most special people, our WillPower Society Members.

What is a WillPower Society Member? It's someone who believes in the work that is yet to come. They are our legacy donors, the people who are determined to support empower women and girls beyond their years.

We are honored to have this group come together and to share their "Why" and be able to spend time together. We are planning another event for our WillPower Society Members in the fall and can't wait to reconnect and to hear more incredible stories of resilience and change.
