🚨 FIVE PUPPIES GOT ADOPTED TODAY at Puppypalooza🎉

Meanwhile, Sterling and Sheriff are over here practicing their signature move: ✨ absolutely no thoughts, just vibes ✨

They may be taking it easy, but they’re still waiting for the most important thing: their very own forever homes.

And they’re not alone! We have SO many dogs and puppies still waiting for someone to fall in love with them.

🐾 Five found homes today. Let’s keep that momentum going! We have ANOTHER event tomorrow 12-3 for both puppies and adult dogs.

Alaska has dogs who need homes right now. ❤️ And one of the biggest things standing between a dog in need and a second chance is a foster home.

When you foster with Alaskan Animal Rescue Friends (AARF), you give a dog a safe place to land while they wait for their forever family. You help them feel safe, learn what home is like, and get one step closer to the life they deserve.

And the best part? You don’t have to adopt to make a difference. 🐾

❤️ Fostering is temporary.
🐾 You don’t have to be an experienced foster.
🏡 You can still foster if you have pets of your own.
🐶 Every open foster home means we have the chance to help another dog.

You provide the love and a safe place to stay. You become part of their story. And when they find their forever family, you’ve helped make it happen.

We can’t save more dogs without more foster homes. Could yours be one of them?

How is this sweet boy STILL waiting?!

Penguin is about 4 months old, came all the way from Kotzebue, and is a true Alaskan village mutt. He’s the last of his litter looking for his people, and he is SO ready for his next adventure!

🐾 Loves his people and wants to be wherever you are
🐾 Well socialized with other dogs and kids
🐾 Sleeps happily in his crate at night
🐾 About 75% housebroken and learning how to tell his people when he needs to go!

Penguin is at that perfect age where he’s ready to learn, explore, play, and grow up alongside his family.

And I can’t shake the feeling that there’s a kid out there who needs a Penguin of their own. ❤️ A little shadow to play with, a buddy for backyard adventures, and a best friend who will grow up right alongside them.
