1️⃣ Last Thursdays: Summer luncheons will now happen on the last Thursday of the month. Go enjoy those sunny weekends early! 🚗⛺
2️⃣ Noon Starts: We’re moving the start time to exactly 12:00 PM. No awkward early exits from work required.
3️⃣ June Location: We’ve pushed Deck 85 to July because this month, we are hitting the Spenard Food Trucks! 🍔🍕🍦

Lauren Hines
Owner, Boom Coffee

At just a few months into managing Boom Coffee, Lauren made a bold move—she bought the business.

Today, she leads a 24/7 operation with 37 employees and has grown Boom Coffee into a staple of the Anchorage community.

From launching a custom mobile app to constantly evolving the menu, Lauren keeps the brand fresh while building a culture where her team feels supported, valued, and empowered.

Outside the business, she’s coaching high school flag football, supporting local teams, and collaborating with other Anchorage businesses to strengthen the community.
