We’re excited to welcome Krystal Burns, Owner of Palace Coffee Co., for a conversation on Mastering Time & Decisions: Practical Tools for Effective Leadership.

In the fast-paced world of fundraising and nonprofit leadership, there are always more demands than hours in the day and countless decisions competing for our attention. How do we determine what deserves our time, make confident decisions, and keep moving forward when the path isn’t always clear?

Join Krystal Burns, Owner of Palace Coffee Co., for a practical conversation on time management and decision-making. Drawing from her experience leading a growing business, working with coffee shops across Texas, and presenting at World of Coffee, a leading specialty coffee industry event, Krystal will share strategies for prioritizing what matters, making effective decisions, and managing the demands of leadership.

We’re kicking things off with an “Ask Me Anything” coffee conversation with none other than Keith Brown! Keith serves as a Major Gifts Officer for the West Texas A&M University Foundation and brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and plenty of good-hearted, fun conversation to the table.
