🎓💙 FROM SCHOLAR TO SUCCESS STORY… MEET OUR GUEST SCHOLAR! ⚓✨

What does the impact of a scholarship look like years down the road? Meet Toyia King!

As one of the early recipients of the NAHMA Educational Foundation’s scholarship program, Toyia received scholarship support over multiple years while pursuing her education.

And look where her journey has taken her! 🌟

🎓 She graduated and launched her career.
💼 Today, she leads the very company where she built that career!
🏡 She’s a proud homeowner and has built a wonderful life with her family.

And now, she’s coming back to share her story with US!

We’re thrilled to announce that Toyia King will be our guest scholar speaker at the 2026 Inspire Gala! 🎤

Toyia’s journey is a reminder that the impact of a scholarship doesn’t end at graduation. It can create ripples of opportunity that last a lifetime. 🌊

We can’t wait to welcome her aboard and hear her inspiring story!

💙🎓 **WHY DO WE GIVE?**

Because sometimes, a scholarship is more than financial assistance.

It’s one less worry.
One more semester.
One step closer to graduation.
And one more student believing that their goals are within reach. ✨

The NAHMA Educational Foundation provides scholarships to students living in affordable housing, helping them continue their education and invest in their futures.

That’s what the 2026 Inspire Gala is really about.

Every ticket purchased, every auction bid, every sponsorship, and every donation helps us continue creating opportunities for deserving students. 💙

⚓ On November 12th, we’ll gather at Sequoia on the Washington Harbour to celebrate, have a little fun, and, most importantly, raise funds to help our scholars keep moving forward.

🌊 Together, we can make waves that reach far beyond one night.
