When doctors are afraid to speak freely, patients lose.

When regulators have more influence over healthcare decisions than the people receiving care, something is broken.

The future of health depends on restoring individual liberty and protecting the physician-patient relationship.

The most important decisions affecting your health happen every day in your home, at your dinner table, and in conversations with trusted healthcare providers.

Not in government offices.

ANH-USA is fighting to protect informed consent, health freedom, and your right to access the information and care options you choose.

If this mission matters to you, help us continue the fight with a donation today.

Together, we can defend health freedom for future generations.

Millions of Americans rely on CBD and full-spectrum h**p products for wellness, recovery, and quality of life.

But a little-known provision buried in a federal spending bill could effectively ban many h**p-derived products beginning November 2026.

Fortunately, Congress has a better option.

The Cannabinoid Safety and Regulation Act would replace this sweeping ban with sensible regulations that prioritize product safety, accurate labeling, testing, and consumer protection while preserving access to h**p-derived cannabinoids. A companion bill would also provide a three-year implementation window, giving lawmakers time to create a workable framework instead of forcing an entire industry off a cliff.

This isn't just about h**p. It's about protecting consumer choice, supporting science-based regulation, and ensuring Americans maintain access to products they trust.

Take action today.

Write to Congress and urge support for:
✔️ The Cannabinoid Safety and Regulation Act (CSRA)
✔️ The H**p Planting Predictability Act

Let's protect access, transparency, and common-sense regulation.

What if the biggest barrier to solving chronic disease isn't a lack of science...

It's a lack of freedom?

Americans are bombarded with healthcare recommendations, yet access to information about nutrition, lifestyle interventions, supplements, and prevention continues to face growing restrictions.

If people don't have access to truthful health information, how can they make informed decisions?

Jonathan Emord lays out a simple reality in this clip:

We will never solve chronic disease through a top-down system alone. Real change happens when individuals have the knowledge and freedom to take action for their own health.

A food can be minimally processed and still be unhealthy.

A food can be processed and become more nutritious.

Confused?

That's exactly why the ultra-processed food debate needs a reality check.

Food quality isn't determined by a single label. Storage, cooking methods, processing techniques, and even how long food sits before it's eaten can all influence its impact on health.

The real question isn't simply whether a food is "processed."

It's what happened to that food from farm to fork.

What if you could use your HSA or FSA dollars to invest in staying healthy instead of waiting until you're sick?

Right now, most Americans cannot use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds to purchase dietary supplements without a doctor's prescription—even though millions of people rely on supplements every day to support immune health, heart health, healthy aging, and overall wellness.

The Dietary Supplement Access Act would change that.

This commonsense legislation would allow Americans to use up to $500 annually in HSA and FSA funds for qualifying dietary supplements, giving families more flexibility and control over how they use their own healthcare dollars.

This isn't about creating a new government program or mandating supplement use.

It's about empowering people to make proactive health choices and supporting a healthcare system that values prevention, not just treatment.

At a time when healthcare costs continue to rise, Congress should be making it easier, not harder, or people to access the tools they use to stay healthy.

Tell Congress to support the Dietary Supplement Access Act and expand access to supplements through HSAs and FSAs.

Not all processed foods are created equal.

That's where the ultra-processed food debate gets complicated.

The NOVA classification system has become the leading framework for identifying ultra-processed foods, and it has helped shift attention away from calories and nutrients alone toward how food is made.

But there's a problem.

Two foods can contain nearly identical ingredients and still have very different effects on your health.

For example, a "whole grain" breakfast cereal and a minimally processed muesli may look similar on the label. Yet intensive milling and high-heat processing can dramatically change how those foods affect blood sugar, metabolism, and satiety.

Now some experts are proposing a new category of "healthy" ultra-processed foods.

But does that tell the whole story?

What about lab-grown foods and precision-fermented products that may contain novel compounds never before consumed in the human diet?

Should we judge food solely by its ingredient list, or should we also consider how it's processed, manufactured, and ultimately interacts with the body?

The conversation around ultra-processed foods is important. But it may be missing some of the most important questions.

Open your medicine cabinet.

What would happen if your supplements disappeared?

What if your homeopathic remedies were no longer available?

What if your doctor could no longer prescribe the compounded peptide that helped you recover from injury?

What if natural desiccated thyroid became harder to access?

These aren't hypothetical questions.

Across multiple fronts, federal regulators are advancing policies that threaten access to the very health products millions of Americans rely on every day.

ANH-USA is fighting back.

✔ Defending supplements from new regulatory schemes
✔ Protecting access to compounded peptides
✔ Challenging restrictions on homeopathy
✔ Supporting legislation to preserve natural thyroid medicines

But advocacy takes resources.

The Arizona Statement is a call to:

✔ Restore prevention
✔ Empower practitioners
✔ Modernize health policy
✔ Put people, not disease, at the center of healthcare

For too long, our healthcare system has been built around managing chronic illness after it appears instead of preventing it in the first place.

More spending. More prescriptions. More interventions.

And yet chronic disease continues to rise.

The Arizona Statement offers a different vision.

One where people have access to truthful health information. Where practitioners have the freedom to use the full range of safe, innovative tools available to support their patients. Where policy supports health creation—not just disease management.

This is not about rejecting conventional medicine.

It is about building a smarter, more effective healthcare system that prioritizes prevention, informed choice, and better outcomes.

If you believe it’s time for healthcare reform that actually puts people first, add your name.

The FDA has used this playbook before.

First supplements. Then homeopathy. Now peptides.

A few bad actors. A few contamination cases. Then sweeping restrictions that threaten access for everyone.

Let’s be clear: contaminated products should be removed from the market. Existing laws already allow that.

But using isolated violations to justify cracking down on entire categories of natural and naturally derived health products? That’s regulatory overreach.

Peptides represent one of the most exciting frontiers in regenerative medicine, metabolic health, healthy aging, and recovery. And because many are naturally occurring or difficult to patent, they also represent something else:

A threat to pharmaceutical monopolies.

We’ve seen this pattern before, and ANH-USA is one of the few organizations willing to challenge it head-on.

If you believe people deserve access to truthful health information, health freedom, and therapies that aren’t controlled solely by pharmaceutical interests, we need your support.

Your donation helps us fight these battles in court, in Congress, and in the public square.

People deserve access to truthful health information
and the freedom to make informed choices.

That should not be controversial.

Yet too often, Americans face a healthcare system that limits information, restricts access, and treats prevention as an afterthought.

The Arizona Statement is a national declaration calling for a different path.

A future where:
• Prevention comes first
• Root-cause care is accessible
• Lower-risk health options are protected
• Individuals, not institutions, are empowered to make informed health decisions

This is not about rejecting medicine.

It is about protecting choice, transparency, and the right to pursue health with a full understanding of your options.

If you believe healthcare should empower people, not limit them, add your name.
