There's something special about getting adoption professionals together in one place.

Last week, hundreds of members of the adoption community came together to learn, connect, and share ideas at the National Adoption Conference. From policy and legal developments to research, clinical practice, and innovative ways to better serve children and families, the conversations continued long after each session ended.

We were also honored to hear from adoptee and birth parent lived experience experts whose stories and perspectives shaped many of our discussions and inspired our first-ever birth parent and adoptee lunch socials.

We kicked things off with Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill, where attendees met with congressional offices to advocate for the ADOPT Act (S. 3285/H.R. 6170). Thank you to everyone who took the time to share why strengthening protections against unlicensed adoption intermediaries matters to children, expectant parents, adoptive families, and the professionals who serve them.

Thank you to our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and everyone who joined us. You made this year's conference one to remember, and we can't wait to see you next year in Philadelphia!
