Here is a drop of the PPCRV IT Report covering the First Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections (BPE 2026). This report covers overall technology performance statistics covering transmission, turnout and anomaly analysis. It also has coverage statistics and an analysis for the performance of the top political parties and their candidates. It also has the results of our Unofficial Parallel Count (UPC) for this election.

HELLO FROM THE PPCRV-AMA COMMAND CENTER. We are with the student volunteers of AMA for the conduct of the Unofficial Parallel Count/ UPC.
The UPC audits the BARMM ELECTIONS by checking the intergrity of the transmitted vote. Was there dagdag Bawas after transmission? Was the vote hacked during transmission? All these are seen through the UpC which compares the results from the votes transmitted to the server and the votes reflected in the physical election results printed by the automated counting machine. When compared, they should have exactly the same number of votes!

It’s a big operation. Thousands of PPCRV volunteers collect the ERs across BARMM and hand carry them to the PPCRV AMA COMMAND CENTER IN MAKATI. These ERs are batched, then scanned, then verified, then archived. If there are discrepancies, we raise it to the Comelec and seek reasons why.

Thanking our truly wonderful volunteers from AMA! They worked so fast….double scanning 21% of all the BARMM election returns in under 3 hours! Thank you, thank you for your volunteerism! We are grateful!
