The Tourette Association of America (TAA) is grateful for Baylen's efforts to raise awareness by bravely sharing her experience with Tourette Syndrome (TS), coprolalia, and other associated conditions.

The TAA has heard from members of our community who fear that audiences will leave the show without the context necessary to counter the common misconceptions and stereotypes that make TS such a highly stigmatized condition.

Today, we reached a meaningful milestone in our advocacy for Tourette Syndrome awareness.

With SM Supermalls’ commitment to inclusivity, we were invited to share insights on Tourette Syndrome at their headquarters at SM Mall of Asia. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Marielle Castro, SM HQ's only employee with Tourette Syndrome. Her strength and perseverance inspired SM Cares to spotlight TS in today’s seminar. We also shared the stage with Mr. Pacifico "Pong" Ty from the ADHD Society of the Philippines, who spoke about ADHD.
