TAMARAW VOLUNTEERS IS A NON-PARTISAN ORGANIZATION IN FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY Tamaraw Volunteers still holds its commitment in.

HOW WE STARTED

Tamaraw Volunteers or TAMVOL is a university-wide volunteer organization in Far Eastern University, and the very first student-based volunteer organization on the campus initiated by a group of students, formerly named as Young Volunteers of Today (YVOT), with the aim to inculcate among the youth the importance of volunteerism and community service in helping the nation. TAMVOL pio

neered a significant amount of community service projects to the FEU community (GK Pabahay, Tamaraw Counting, Kanlungan sa ERMA, Kalsadaskwela, Volunteer's Week, FEU Green Convergence, Dumagat Immersion, LAPIS, Pasko ng PAgbabahagi, Tamaraw Famine Converge.) and become partner organization of various organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Museong Pambata, Gawad Kalinga, UNICEF, Clean Air, Hands On Manila, World Vision PH. MAKING AN IMPACT

It has also produced service-oriented leaders, several awardees of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines, founders of non-government organizations, remarkable student leaders, full-time workers in the field of community service and nation-building. Currently celebrating a decade of its unending passion for volunteerism and nation-building.

We continue to walk the path of freedom that our ancestors have fought for. Let us honor the courage and the sacrifices that gave us the lives that we are living now. May we continue to remember the hardships that our heroes faced to pave the way for us.

As we move forward, may we live our lives with the responsibility to build a better future. In commemoration of the Philippine Independence Day, may it inspire us to serve our country with integrity, compassion, and utmost dedication in building a better nation.

We honor the spirit of sacrifice that builds stronger faith and compassion as we celebrate Eid’l Adha. May this sacred occasion fill our hearts with gratitude for the blessings that we receive and may it influence kindness and hope for ourselves and everyone.

One of life’s greatest blessings is to experience a mother’s love. From the first person who has ever taught us our ABC’s and still the ones helping us navigate our adult life—they share their unconditional love with us.

They show endless support by supporting their child’s endeavours. Their strengths and sacrifices are the foundation of every family. These selfless acts do not go unnoticed as we celebrate their day.

They continue to be everyone’s daughter, bestfriends, the changers of the community–being a mother is their most important shoes to fill in. The world’s biggest supporter to being a safe space, they've got it all. I am who I am because of you.

As the 2026 Student Elections officially conclude, let’s take a look at some snippets from the proclamation of qualified candidates to the announcement of winners, including the electoral debates, and the working committee volunteers who made them possible.

Powered by teamwork, adaptability, and resourcefulness, the technical, logistics, ushering, and timekeeping committees made sure that the event would run smoothly. More than just an opportunity, each volunteer made sure to uphold their commitment to serving the greater Tamaraw community.

Within a limited timeframe, the whole committee worked together to deliver and complete everything with such dedication and positivity.

It was an event filled with purpose met in every action. Every moment captured embodies a story of passion, united by a commitment to service. We saw willing hearts and minds truly longing for meaningful change, felt in every corner of the room. These moments serve as a reminder—together, we can make an impact!
