CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER 🌟

Going down the rabbit hole of mysterious motions, the Homeschool Global Debate Team brings home one championship, one reserve break and four speaker awards in Cebu Schools Pre-NASHDC, held last July 25-26, 2026 and hosted by the Cebu Inter-School Debating Association.

🏆 Iole Del Rosario, Chloe Ner and James Vega were the 1st Open Breaking Team! They eventually became the tournament's Open Champions, with Iole Del Rosario receiving the 3rd Best Reply Speaker award and James Vega receiving the Open Finals Best Speaker award and Overall Best Open Speaker award.

🗣 Ean Tan, Tiara Ortega and Chris Padua were the 1st Open Reserve Breaking Team. Tiara Ortega received the 9th Best Open Speaker award.

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their outstanding performance in India Pre-WSDC, held last July 4-5, 2026 and hosted by the International Debate Olympiad.

🗣 In a composite team, Enigo Uy and Pollux Reyes were part of the 1st Open Breaking Team. They proudly ended their run as Open Grandfinalists.

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their amazing performance in Kasama British Parliamentary, held last July 4-5, 2026 and hosted by Parliamate.

🗣 Iole Del Rosario and Chris Padua were the 2nd Schools Breaking Team. They proudly ended their run as Schools Grandfinalists.

VICTORY LAP: COMPLETED 🏎

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their outstanding performance in Dandelion Asian Parliamentary, held last June 27-28, 2026 and hosted by the Dandelion AP OC.

🏆 Tiara Ortega, Chloe Ner and Jayden Raziel were able to bring home another trophy for the HGDT! They were the 2nd Open Breaking Team, and eventually became the Open Champions of Dandelion AP. Chloe Ner was the Open Finals Best Speaker and was one of the 2nd Best Open Speakers. Tiara Ortega was also one of the 2nd Best Open Speakers.

🏁 Shawn Mathieu and Jyle Galido were a part of the 4th Open Breaking Team. They proudly ended their run as Open Pre-Semi Finalists.

CAPTAIN CLUTCH 🌟

The HG Debate Team would like to congratulate its contingent for their exceptional performance at the Asian Schools Debating Championships (ASDC) in Hanoi, Vietnam! 🇻🇳

🗣️ Representing the Philippines as a member of WSDC Team PH Stars, Pollux Reyes was a part of the 4th Open Breaking Team of Asia. He ended his run as an Asian Octofinalist. He also received the 7th Best U16 Speaker in Asia award.

CONGRATULATIONS ⭐️

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their outstanding performance in the Cebu Pride Debate Open, held last June 19-21, 2026 and hosted by Cebu Speech and Debating.

🗣 James Vega was part of the 4th Open Breaking Team. She proudly ended her run as an Open Semifinalist. She also received the 4th Open Best Speaker and Overall Best Highschool Speaker awards.

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their wonderful performance in the Afro Asian Parliamentary Debate, held last June 12-14, 2026 and hosted by Khothatso Sejake and Dylan Mayibongwe Nkala.

🗣️ Ean Tan, James Vega and Andrea Reyes were the 4th Open Breaking Team. They ended their run as Open Quarterfinalists. Ean Tan was awarded the 5th Best Highschool Speaker award, James Vega was awarded the 5th Best Open Speaker and 1st Best Highschool Speaker award, and Andrea Reyes was awarded the 10th Best Open Speaker and 2nd Best Highschool Speaker award.

DON'T STOP 🚫 'TILL YOU GET ENOUGH 🥇

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their extraordinary performance in the Philippine Debate Open, held last May 22-24, 2026 and hosted by the San Beda Debate Society.

🏆Representing WSDC Philippines, Kimberly Co and her teammates were the 1st Open Breaking Team. In addition to this, they were able to secure the Open Championship! Kimberly was awarded the 10th Best Open Speaker award and 2nd Best High School Speaker award.

🏆In a composite team with Sam Dionisio from ASHS, Tiara Ortega and Chris Padua were the 2nd Novice Breaking Team. After rigorous outrounds, they were able to secure the Novice Championship! Tiara also received the Novice Finals Best Speaker award and the 10th Best High School Speaker award.

🗣 Pollux Reyes represented WSDC Philippines and was part of the 1st Novice Breaking Team. He ended his run as a Novice Grandfinalist. He was also awarded the 6th Best Speaker award.

The Homeschool Global Debate Team congratulates its contingent for their wonderful performance in the Xavier Cup 13, held last May 23-24, 2026 and hosted by Remontados Debate Society.

🗣️ Ean Tan, Zach Ramirez and Ian Padua were the 2nd High School Breaking Team. They ended their run in the High School Grandfinals.
