𝗡𝗛𝗖𝗣 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗗𝗕𝗠 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬

The National Historical Commission of the Philippines congratulates Secretary Kim Robert de Leon on his appointment to lead the Department of Budget and Management.

While he was serving as Secretary-General of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), Secretary De Leon worked with the Commission to instill patriotism in the BSP. He actively supported the Tapat sa Watawat campaign to properly display and take care of the National Flag. He also encouraged scouts to attend historical commemorations, sometimes offering wreaths himself.

We look forward to working with Secretary De Leon so that initiatives to promote historical knowledge and consciousness may continue to be funded and supported by the national government.

Ngayong ika-84 na paggunita ng , kaisa ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines sa muling pag-alaala sa mga bayani ng Bataan—hindi lang sa kanilang ginawa, kundi sa iniwan nilang pamantayan ng katapangan at pagmamahal sa bayan.

‎Ang diwa ng pagiging Iskawt ay hindi malayo sa diwa ng kagitingan—handa sa tungkulin, matatag sa hamon, at laging tapat sa bayan.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: 𝐓𝐂𝐌𝐒 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

On 05 December 2025, the Scouts and Eagle Scouts of Scout Valeriano Abello Community Scouting, together with Scout Valeriano Abello Rover Circle dedicated their time and effort to teaching younger scouts the fundamental skills of Scouting. From the first session to the final activity, the Base Commanders at each station approached every lesson with patience, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the growth of every participant.

Throughout the day, scouts listened attentively, practiced each technique with determination, and gradually built confidence through hands-on guidance.

These photos capture more than commands or instructions—they preserve moments of leadership, teamwork, and the passing on of knowledge that keeps the spirit of Scouting alive. They remind us that every lesson taught is a stepping stone toward developing stronger, more capable scouts.
