This is Guisma’s story from fleeing her home to finding safety and purpose in Chad.

As a refugee, she has been busy rebuilding her life, combining determination and compassion to make a difference for her family and community.

Don’t stop talking about Sudan.

Until the war ends.

Until people can safely return home.

Until Sudan can rebuild.

Until then, we keep speaking.

We keep standing with people forced to flee.

Nearly 187,000 Rohingya refugee children were vaccinated against measles and rubella in the camps in Bangladesh.

Health workers, volunteers, and families came together to make it happen. This is what it looks like to take the right to health seriously.

Refugee children living in overcrowded camps with strained health services are among the most exposed when outbreaks spread. Protecting them is both a moral imperative and how we build health security for everyone.

Take note. Share. Pass on the hope.

War destroys lives.

In Khartoum, Sudan, what once were homes, workplaces, streets and places of worship now stand in ruins.

Hospitals, schools and water systems have been damaged or destroyed, cutting families off from the most basic services.

This is what war leaves behind.

Over three years into the war, Sudan cannot be forgotten.

Too many people in Asia and the Pacific still live without a nationality - left without basic rights that should belong to everyone.

In line with UNHCR’s mandate to prevent and reduce statelessness, countries like the Philippines continue to take meaningful steps to and ensure that everyone is recognized and protected.

UNHCR is grateful for the generous support of the Government of Japan ( of Japan in the Philippines 在フィリピン日本国大使館) and the continued commitment of the Philippine Government in efforts to ensure that no one is left behind.
