Slow Food Manila Slow Food Manila is the community for SF advocates of good, clean and fair food. We are producers, and foodies who espouse the Slow Food Principles.

Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions and counteract the rise of fast food culture. Since its beginnings, Slow Food has grown into a
global movement involving millions of people in over 160 countries, working to ensure everyone has access to good, clean and fair food. An umbrella organization that has the

role to guide and steer the action of the entire movement made of over 1,500 local chapters, 2,400 food communities, reaching millions of people every year.
