UAP Makati CBD Chapter proudly announces that, as of August 20, 2026, our chapter has officially recorded 346 Members in Good Standing who have successfully completed their UAP Chapter Membership and IAPOA renewals.

This milestone is a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment of our members. Being a Member in Good Standing is the foundation of our collective strength, enabling us to remain united in advancing architectural excellence, professional integrity, and meaningful industry advocacy within the Makati CBD and beyond.

The chapter extends its sincere gratitude to all 346 members who have completed their membership renewals. Thank you for your continued trust, support, and active participation in the growth and success of our chapter.

For members who have yet to complete their renewal requirements, we encourage you to process your UAP Chapter Membership and IAPOA renewals on or before September 30, 2026, to maintain your membership in good standing status and continue enjoying the benefits, opportunities, and privileges offered by both the chapter and the Institute.

Ar. Carlos Miguel Tiongco sets a new rhythm today as he takes the helm of the UAP Muntinlupa Madrigal Chapter during its Induction Ceremony at the UAP Headquarters.

Guided by the fiscal theme “Cadence,” his vision is to move with purpose, building upon the rhythm and symphony that the Familia Madrigal has established through the years. It is a call to continue the chapter’s legacy while creating a harmonious cadence for the future.

With grace and solemnity, Maria Elena Montemayor formally turned over the responsibility of the chapter and pledged her continued support to the Familia Madrigal.

The meaningful occasion was graced by the presence of the UAP National Executive Committee, led by National President Ar. Jonathan “Joey” Manalad; Executive Vice President Ar. Chona Ponce; Secretary General Ar. Rex Chua Tak; National Treasurer Ar. Marian Eileen "Star" Florentino-Marudo; and National Auditor Ar. Ramon Terruel.

Also present were B3 District Director Ar. Jedalyn Celis-Ayala and the esteemed Chapter Presidents of District B3.

As one chapter closes a chapter and another begins, may the rhythm continue, the harmony grow stronger, and the symphony of Familia Madrigal resonate with purpose.

🏸 A day Camaraderie and Badminton! 🏸

Last Tuesday, August 11, the UAP Makati CBD Chapter gathered at Zone Sports Center Makati for another exciting night of badminton, friendship, and good vibes! 💪🏸

As part of our vision to strengthen the bond among built professionals, the chapter continues to bring everyone together through our weekly Tuesday and Thursday badminton games, facilitated by our Past Chapter President, Ar. Albert Uy.
