Then this might be for you! 🫵

Operation Smile Philippines is currently accepting GENERAL MEMBERS for their student programs team and applications are open to EVERYONE — whether you are looking to develop your leadership skills, connect with like-minded changemakers, or make a meaningful impact in local communities 🌎🎉

We are a global non-profit organization that improves the lives of children and young adults with cleft conditions through free and safe surgeries. As the student volunteers of the organization, we empower the cause through 💙hosting fundraisers, 🩵participating in surgical missions, ❤️organizing student leadership events, and 🤍advocating for cleft awareness.

What began as a surgical mission became a journey of hope, healing, and compassion. Together with dedicated medical professionals, volunteers, and partners, we witnessed the incredible impact of restoring not only smiles, but also confidence and brighter futures.

Every surgery is a reminder that kindness has the power to transform lives. Thank you to everyone who made this mission possible and to the patients and families who entrusted us with their stories.

Here’s to more smiles, more hope, and more lives changed in the presence of our student volunteers 💙✨

Applications for Philippine delegates to the Operation Smile International Student Leadership Conference (ISLC) 2026 are now open 🇵🇭✨

ISLC is a week-long global leadership conference that brings together Operation Smile student volunteers from around the world for inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and meaningful collaboration. Participants will develop leadership skills, connect with an international community, and learn how to create greater impact in their local chapters while experiencing the culture of Thailand. 🌏

📍 Venue: Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand
📅 Date: July 17–24, 2026
👥 Open to Operation Smile student volunteers (high school, with a special track for undergraduates)

This is your chance to represent the Philippines, grow as a leader, and be part of a global network dedicated to changing lives. Limited slots are available for PH delegates.
