How did eating bacon for breakfast and public smoking of women become major shifts in everyday life?

It started with PR. Pioneers like Edward Bernays showed us that communication has the power to change how the world lives.

Our fathers and father figures also do this. They help us grow into better individuals by guiding our choices and shaping our values.

The PRSP wants to thank every father who helps steward our lives.

MALIGAYANG ARAW NG KALAYAAN! 🇵🇭

Our country is beautifully diverse, from Luzon to Mindanao. But when it comes to the truth of who we are and who we can become, we share exactly one story to steward.

Today, we're celebrating the folks who tell stories, reveal truths, and communicate for businesses and the public, all working super hard to make sure our national conversations are real, open, and welcoming to everyone.

We need to keep our eyes open and be really creative to shape the Filipino story going forward.

Don't just watch the story unfold. Join us in shaping the future of a free and united PR community.

Every life is a story worth remembering. ❤️

We remember Luz Amandolina “Mandy” C. Navasero. A veteran photographer, photojournalist, travel writer, mentor, and dedicated board member of PRSP, Mandy devoted her life to telling stories that mattered and inspiring generations through her work.

We thank her for her service to the Society and for the legacy she has left behind. May we continue to steward the story she so beautifully helped tell.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and loved ones. Rest in peace.

Today, standard reputation management is no longer enough.

Ana Pista, APR, our President, was in Prague with fellow Global Alliance Board Director Norman Agatep, APR (our VP of Internal Affairs and Anvil Awards Chair), flying the flag for the Philippines. She shares a fresh approach to comms: we must do more than manage reputations, we must steward the story.

👉Swipe through the carousel to discover the 4 pillars of modern story stewardship that will help a narrative survive and thrive.
