More happy recipients, this time in Rawaqa village, Nadroga, Fiji. Thanks Nathan for the photo. These are just some of the many thousands of bras we send to the Pacific every year. Almost every bra finds a new home and is greatly appreciated by these women. Keep them coming ladies and thank you!

Wishing all our Project Uplift supporters a very happy Christmas! We can only do what we do because of you. We continue to send thousands of bras on request to the Pacific Islands every month and they are all gratefully received, making a big difference in women's lives. They love receiving underwear too (new, or used but in clean and excellent condition)!

To donate bras, please see projectuplift.org.nz for drop off points.

Thank you to everyone who donated bras to Bra-vo! (Project Uplift) this year - your donation is a gift greater than the tangible garment.

Another big thank-you to the team Milady Fashion and Lingerie who are the kind people to host a collection bin for over a decade - you are fantabulous!

Happy holidays everyone and let's inspire people to pay it forward 🥰

🌟 Next Wednesday, South Wairarapa Rotary is honoured to host Dame Catriona Williams - former Olympic equestrian and founder of the Catwalk Trust - at our weekly gathering at The Offering - Greytown. After a life-changing accident left her tetraplegic, Catriona turned her determination toward spinal cord injury research, raising over $10 million through The CatWalk Trust .

Her story is one of grit, grace, and impact—and we’re thrilled to hear it firsthand.

🎗️ We’re also proud to be one of the organisers of the Martinborough Charity Fun Ride on November 8, with proceeds going directly to Catwalk Trust. It’s a powerful way our community is coming together to support life-changing research.

You can read more about the great work that Catwalk Trust is doing here https://www.catwalk.org.nz/

South Wairarapa Rotary meets most Wednesday nights, and our calendar is packed with inspiring speakers like Catriona. If you’re curious about Rotary - keen to give back, connect locally, and gain from experiences like these - drop us a DM and we'll set up a day to have you as our guest to see what we're all about!

Here's a lovely composition of photos from Bridie Allen who took 120 bras to Fiji with her recently. They were distributed in the Mamanuca Islands and Bridie writes that the women were 'so very appreciative'. Thanks Bridie, and keep those bras coming ladies!
