Unfortunately, due to the weather and cast stuck in Martinborough we have had to cancel tonight's show. Thank you to the Wairarapa Events Centre for contacting the ticket holders and rebooking for other nights. Busy Victorian Whitechapel and where is the best place to get all the news and gossip about the Jack the Ripper Murders? The gossip at the busy station and the daily newspapers headlines of course. Come along and hear the clues and chatter between the Station Master and Newsboy. You might even spot the antics of Newsboy's little brother.

Dr Jacobs - Psychiatrist using forensic psychology to profile Jack the Ripper. The original case is credited with starting the criminal profiling field, particularly through the efforts of Dr. Thomas Bond.

Inspector Frederick Abberline - Was an original lead detective in this case. He was promoted to Chief Inspector in 1890, retiring two years later to be a private detective.

Come along and see the two of them try to figure out the clues and pinpoint who he might be.

The Whitechapel Vigilance Committee was formed on the 10th of September 1888, to assist the police in their investigation into Jack the Ripper. They also patrolled the streets to help keep the locals safe. Key members were:
George Lusk, Chairman and builder/decorator – Butcher in our story
Joseph Aarons, Treasurer and pub owner
B. Harris, Secretary
