On Sunday we enjoyed our Autumn Haven Retreat 🍂
Making time to release, renew & return. 🤍

We are proud to host this workshop alongside , a Samoan woman of faith and experienced mental health professional who is passionate about helping people transform trauma and pain into legacies of strength.

Together we will create a safe and supportive space to explore grief, share stories and connect with others who understand.

Grief can feel isolating… like you’re the only one carrying something this heavy.

But when you sit with other grievers, something shifts. �
You realise your tears make sense.
Your anger isn’t “too much.”
Your laughter doesn’t mean you didn’t love deeply.

In shared spaces, grief is witnessed — not fixed.
Stories are honoured.
And the weight feels lighter because you’re not holding it alone.

There is healing in being seen by people who get it.

If you’ve been carrying something quietly, maybe it’s time to share it. �

What a beautiful gathering Summer Haven was ✨

To every single person who showed up, shared space, opened your heart and trusted us with your presence, thank you. You made this retreat what it was.

We are so deeply grateful for the conversations, the quiet moments, the laughter and the courage in the room. It was truly something special.

Our next retreat is Sunday 17th May 26 📆
