If your workplace only works for people who never struggle, it does not work.
People should not have to hide a diagnosis, perform wellness or burn themselves out just to prove they belong in the room.

Real support is not a fruit bowl, a wellbeing webinar or one mental-health day buried in the company calendar.

It is clear expectations. Flexibility without punishment. Recovery without shame. Psychological safety that still exists when someone actually needs to use it.
The strongest workplaces do not force every brain, body and life to function the same way.
They create the conditions for different people to do exceptional work.

That is not lowering the standard.
