πŸ’™ A reminder from Asthma NZ Ambassadors Julian and Ardie Savea: your preventer can play an important role in keeping your asthma under control.

Preventer inhalers help reduce inflammation in your airways and lower the risk of asthma symptoms and flare-ups. The key is taking your preventer regularly, as prescribed β€” even when you’re feeling well.

πŸ‰ Hear from Julian and Ardie about why staying on top of your asthma matters.
If you’re unsure about your asthma medicines or whether your asthma is well controlled, talk to your healthcare provider or get in touch with Asthma NZ. www.asthma.org.nz
