What does it take to lead one of the world's most iconic automotive brands in Nepal?

More than 60 students and young professionals explored that question yesterday at the U.S.-Nepal CEO Engagement Series at King's College.

Moderated by U.S. Embassy Political and Economic Chief Katherine Leahy, the discussion featured Akash Golchha, Managing Director of Ford Nepal and Vice Chair of Amcham Nepal. He shared lessons from leading Ford Nepal, bringing U.S. business practices, customer service standards, and global automotive expertise to Nepal, building customer trust, and using innovation to address local business challenges.

Through the CEO Engagement Series, the U.S. Embassy brings students and young professionals together with business leaders, connecting emerging Nepali talent with U.S. companies and strengthening commercial ties between the United States and Nepal.
