Celebrating the Bond of Inclusion and Togetherness 💝

On August 28, Navksh*tij celebrated Rakshabandhan with great joy and enthusiasm across all three centres – Marunji, Talegaon, and Asawali

At our Marunji Centre, Divekar Mavshi, our secretary, joined the celebration with beautiful handmade rakhis. We were also happy to have the parents of Amol Gangapurkar participate in the programme and sharing the festive spirit.

At the Talegaon and Asawali centres, staff members and special friends came together to celebrate this beautiful festival of care and connection. In a heartwarming expression of inclusion and equality, all our special friends tied rakhis to one another, strengthening bonds of friendship, trust, and belonging.

At Navksh*tij, Rakshabandhan is more than a festival—it is a celebration of relationships, mutual care, and the values that bring us together as one community.

📍 *Monthly Outing – Prati Balaji & Jejuri Darshan* 🙏✨

At Navksh*tij, we regularly organise monthly treks and outdoor experiences for our special friends. This month, instead of a trek, we planned a joyful trip to *Prati Balaji Temple and Jejuri*.

Special friends from *Marunji, Talegaon, and Asawali* enthusiastically participated in the outing. After seeking blessings at Prati Balaji, everyone visited Jejuri, where they enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, showered each other with bhandara, and echoed the chants of *“Yelkot Yelkot Jai Malhar!”* with great excitement.

The day concluded with the blessings of Lord Khandoba, a delicious Mahaprasad, and many cherished memories as everyone returned home safely in the evening.

On August 6, we were delighted to welcome the team from Kaiser Permanente to Navksh*tij for an Employee Engagement Programme. 💙

It was their first visit to our organisation, making it a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and share meaningful experiences together.

The team interacted warmly with our staff and special friends, participated in fun-filled games, and engaged in thoughtful conversations. Their curiosity, genuine interest, and thoughtful questions made the day even more special.

On July 30, 2026, we were delighted to welcome a team of well-wishers from Baker Hughes for a meaningful *Employee Engagement Program*.

The team members enthusiastically participated in a *Diya Colouring Activity* alongside our special friends. Beyond just adding colours to diyas, the session brought people together, fostering connections and conversations. It was a vibrant celebration of inclusion, creativity, and togetherness.

Learning Safety Through Simple Steps! ⚡💙

On July 30, we were pleased to welcome the Engineering students from Alard University for an engaging awareness session on Electrical Safety.

Keeping the learning needs of our special friends in mind, the students thoughtfully designed the session using simple language, practical examples, and easy-to-understand demonstrations. They explained how to use electrical appliances safely, avoid common hazards, and respond appropriately in everyday situations.

Our special friends actively participated, asked questions, and enjoyed the interactive learning experience.

On 25th July 2026, we were delighted to welcome teams of employees from Janvriksha Consulting LLP and Goodwill Company to Navksh*tij for a joyful employee engagement session.

The interns from Janvriksha Consulting LLP thoughtfully planned and conducted a series of fun-filled, interactive games that brought smiles to everyone's faces. Our special friends enthusiastically participated in activities like the Paper Cup Tower Challenge and Balloon Keep-Up, creating an atmosphere of laughter, teamwork and inclusion.

It was heartwarming to see employees and our special friends connect through play, shared moments, and genuine joy.

*Health Check-up Camp at Marunji*

On July 28, Navksh*tij organised a monthly health check-up camp for all resident PwIDs at our Marunji unit with the support of Hinjewadi Hospital.

As part of this month's health assessment, blood samples were collected to test Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 levels for all the Resident Friends. The reports are expected within the next two to three days. Based on the findings, appropriate treatment and nutritional interventions will be initiated for those who need it.

Regular health check-ups like these play a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being of our residents and help in the early identification and management of health concerns.
