Bringing the Gift of Clear Vision
Indian Development Foundation (IDF), in collaboration with Sahu Eye Hospital, conducted a four-day eye screening camp at Gurukul High School & Junior College, Malvani, an underprivileged school, benefiting around 550 students, parents and support staff.
The initiative went beyond a routine eye check-up. Those who required prescription spectacles were provided with glasses, while individuals requiring further medical attention were referred to Sahu Eye Hospital for appropriate treatment. The required treatment will be made available at subsidised rates, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of essential eye care.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to a generous donor who has chosen to remain anonymous, in keeping with their wish for privacy. Their valuable contribution has helped make this initiative possible and ensured that those in need could receive the eye care and support they required.
