National Volunteering Week 2026 centres on the theme “From Every Corner, For Every Cause” which celebrates all the different types of volunteers and volunteering that make up our communities.

Across Ireland, in every parish, town and city, volunteers are strengthening communities in meaningful ways.

“From Every Corner, For Every Cause” celebrates the extraordinary collective power of volunteering, both local and global, and honours the people whose time, compassion and commitment make a measurable difference every single day.

A.S.S.C. would like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers as we celebrate them this week during National Volunteering Week 2026.

If you would like to learn more about volunteering with A.S.S.C., you can find out more on our website www.assc.ie or contact our National Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected]
