Our miniature railway is open to the public on Sundays & Bank Holidays* from 12:00pm until 4:00pm in summer (3.30pm in winter).

Entrance is via the car park at the Pant-yr-Ochain public house, Gresford, postcode (for satnav) LL12 8TY.

*Weather dependant The WDSME is a Long-Established Group of Model Engineers of all Ages and all Abilities from a Variety of Backgrounds Who Meet on a Regular Basis to Help and Encourage Each Other in Model Building. We Have Members with Many Years of Experience and Knowledge and also Absolute Beginners Who Are Only Too Keen to Learn. The Emphasis of Our Club Is Mainly on Model Live Steam Locomotive Construction but We Cater for Anyone with An Interest in Model Engineering, Road-Steam, I.C Engines, Stationary Engines, Tool-Making and Horology.

It's a Bank holiday weekend, and the weather's turned wet (again 😔). Still, we need the rain and there's still things to do, places to go! 😃
Why not pop in and see us, have a train ride or two, have a cuppa and relax, pass the time sitting in our tree-covered picnic area? Trains run from 12noon until 4pm Sunday and Monday. Pant-yr-Ochain, Gresford, LL12 8TY.
