IMAGE is more than just scarecrows enjoyable though the trail is. If you care for the environment in the area or have any ideas how things can be improved , come and join us.
For example we desperately need someone, or business, to water our flower tubs on Chester Street during the spring-summer months.
Meetings are held in Gresford Memorial Hall @ 7.30pm on the third Thursday in the month.
September 18th -October 16th -November 20th and December tbc

Thanks to everyone for this year’s Scarecrow Trial, it’s been a great success. Lovely afternoon in the sun at the Scout Hut today. Thanks to all who helped organise it.

All good things come to an end.
The returned maps will be collected on Thursday so get them back to the outlets ASAP. Pictures of ALL 29 scarecrows will be posted here once maps are collected!

Three winners of complete answers will be drawn and the ‘people’s choice’ assessed.
Join us on Bank Holiday Monday 2- 4pm at the Scout Hut for tea - cakes - banter and announcements! ALL WELCOME

Half way through and time to hit the trail until Sunday 17th, then return your map to one of the outlets. Winners to be announced at a ‘Scarecrow Tea‘ on Monday 25th August.
This is to be held at Gresford Scout hut between 2 & 4 pm and a number of scarecrows will be, hopefully, find their way there. Free event but donations towards costs will never be rejected!

The Scarecrow Trail has started!
Just be aware that we know of one or two delays, so if you’re not sure why you can’t find one it may be worth looking again tomorrow! Scarecrow number 4 is inside the Coop, so you won’t be able to see it from the car park.

Members of Image and Harddu came together last night to decorate the villages in the run up to the Wrexham Eisteddfod !
Examples shown near the Clapper bell but many more.
And I two weeks time ‘ hit the trail’ to identify the 29 Welsh themed scarecrows or bwgain brain !
Hope I got that right!
