Scarecrow Answers 2026

The winners of the trail have been announced!
Many thanks to everyone who managed to get their creation to the 'Scarecrow Tea' at the Scout Hut (we had over half of the 26 amazing creations!) and to all who helped organise a lovely afternoon. Very well done to our 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners for their correct identifications. Congratulations to Our 'People's Choice' Scarecrow. 'No 19' -

Maps will be at the Spar , Library and Coop on Thursday. All creators had a week’s prompt and will get a final one in the next few days!
Then buy your map from the 3 outlets and hit the trail from Saturday noon !
Return to the same outlets by 28th August and they will be checked . The kind scouts have agreed to host a ‘ scarecrow tea ‘ between 1-3pm on Bank Holiday Monday 31st and the ‘ wonderful ladies ‘ of the WI have been approached to make refreshments.
