We support women in all walks of life offering listening help, emotional support, support to victims of crime, domestic violence and hate crimes. Competitive and quality hair and beauty treatments.

We are taking names for our empowering women class Thursday mornings 10am -11:30. Our employment support class and our volunteer programs. If you would like to take part in any of these courses then please contact us for details and registration form.

Our empowering women groups are filling up fast. If you would like to make new friends, explore how to feel empowered as a woman then get in touch.
Our digital skills class, employment support and cooking classes will all start back in September so if you would like to join any of these free groups then let us know.

Can we remind counselling clients that if you miss a session without giving us notice it is taken off your allocated sessions. We can not hold spaces longer than a week with notice as we have a waiting list. We are aware that summer holidays are coming up. If childcare is an issue please let us know.

This week we say a fond farewell to Shindi who has been with us for 14 years . Shindi would like to Thank all the ladies she has supported over the years.

Shindi has helped so many ladies learn new skills, learn language and create a social network which has given ladies life long friendships.
We wish Shindi all the best in her retirement and will miss her terribly at the centre.

Massive thank you to everyone who came to our Art class on Thursday and Thank you to Lisa from Mistovski Art for stepping in at such short notice. We have had great feedback and due to illness and holidays we have 3 spaces available. If you would like to join us please inbox us or contact the centre. The classes are £5 each for 5 weeks. Take place on Thursdays at our centre and start at 5:30pm.
