On Saturday 6th June 2026, we are hosting our Grand Charity Challenge Day—and it’s going to be massive!

From a 120-mile ride out and a 120km run relay to netball tournaments, cycling, and walking challenges, our community is coming together to raise money for the Midland Freewheelers Blood Bikers! 🏍️❤️

Come for the cause, stay for the party!
Join us at the pub for live music, food, drinks, and an epic finish-line atmosphere. 🍻🎶

So grateful to be invited to attend Bantock House in Wolverhampton today by The Haven Wolverhampton alongside Louise Williamson (chair of our women’s network) to receive a certificate of appreciation for the generous donations made by Marstons PLC during 2025.
A wholesome afternoon listening to the phenomenal work they undertake.

Following our meeting in October, the Marstons Foundation matched some fantastic fundraising happening at the Silverdale Hotel in aid of St John’s Hospice!

The hospice shared the good news on their page saying: “We would like to send a BIG thank you to long-standing supporters Richard and Caroline from the Silverdale Hotel who held an amazing Real Ale and Music Festival over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. We would also like to thank Marstons Brewery for their match funding. In total they raised £1094.10 💚🍺”

Amazing work by the team at the Silverdale Hotel! Well done!

Marstons Big Pub Quiz - Week 3 Winner

We are delighted to announce the winner from week 3 is the Cricketers in Easton and their nominated charity is their local church - St Marys and the donation will be used to help towards vital roof repairs. The Marston’s Charitable Foundation will be making a £1,000 donation to this wonderful cause.

We’ll be cheering Elloise on as she goes for the grand prize next week, and we’ll certainly be trying to claim the title again!"

Marstons Big Pub Quiz - Week 2 Winner

We are delighted to announce the winner from week 2 is the Queens Head in Bromsgrove and their nominated charity is Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity . The Marston’s Charitable Foundation will be making a £1,000 donation to this wonderful cause.

Chris Wilkes and Sally Hughes, Operators of The Queens Head, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be announced the Smartest Pub of the Week, and even happier that the Marston’s Charitable foundation is supporting a great local cause. Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity is an amazing charity that supports many families in need in the Midlands and beyond.

“This £1,000 donation will allow them to continue on their mission to create better experiences for the 100,000 sick kids that the hospital treats each year, through the improvement of the environment and the funding of new equipment and research. We already fundraise for the charity with our frequent bingo events so it’s great to be able to win some additional money for the wonderful charity.”
