Wigan Wellness Web Events and classes are held in community venues across the Wigan Borough. Some classes are held weekly and monthly.

This group of experienced Wellness Practitioners engage with community groups, charities and employers to raise funds to offer affordable events, workshops, training & therapies so that everyone can afford to support their own wellness. We are independent therapists and practitioners who have our own business and work from private venues or mobile.

Wigan Wellness Web will be at Deli-icious Cafe on the following dates
17th and 24th June
1st July
to offer free peer support for adults experiencing Bereavement, terminal illness or any kind of life changing loss.
We offer a safe and supportive space with others that have shared life experiences.
Open from 2.00pm - 3.30pm on each of the Wednesdays listed above.

Develop your spiritual awareness and connect with other likeminded souls in a safe sacred space.
Join us every 6 weeks as we gather together to work with the energies of the Goddess, the elements and the energy of the seasons. Each session is designed to enhance your personal power and spiritual development, awaken your intuitive self and share sacred space with other like minded women

For this evening we gather to celebrate the summer solstice when the sun reaches it most northern point. This is a very potent time for manifesting, vitality and motivation,

What to expect:
☀️Creating sacred space
☀️Charm bags for healing and positive intent
(All materials included, though you may bring your own crystals/ charms/ affirmations if you wish)
☀️Meditation: manifesting, abundance and focus
☀️Reflection on stillness
☀️A Safe Space to Support, Share and Nurture each other.

For this gathering we will start by creating charm bags then we will meditate and reflect so If you prefer to sit or lie on the floor please bring a cushion/pillow, blanket and mat, alternatively chairs are provided

Please bring some water to stay hydrated💧
Worksheets are included if you wish to develop you’re own personal and spiritual growth

For Focus and Grounding, join us this evening as we explore Ujjayi breathing ( also known as ocean or victorious breathing) and guided meditation to calm the nervous system, allow the mind to be present and focused and improve overall wellbeing.

Suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience, you will be guided throughout the evening.
We are a friendly supportive group with mixed abilities, no judgement or expectations😊

Seating is provided but If you prefer to lie down please bring a thick yoga mat/ sleeping bag , pillow and a warm blanket

Our aim is to create a community of like minded individuals who come together to celebrate the seasons and nature, to connect to the spirit of the drum and other worldly realms and for an abundance of healing for the body, mind and soul.
Each session will be intuitively led with focus on personal intentions and spiritual development and growth

What to expect:

For the healing circle there’s an opportunity to lie down if you wish so you may like to bring a blanket and a pillow

Bring your own drum, there will be some drums to reserve if you don’t have your own.
As we have a limited number of places available payment is required to secure your place.

During a gong bath, your body will absorb sounds that it needs for healing. These sacred sounds work together to create a deeply immersive and meditative experience, helping you release stress, balance your energy, and reconnect with your inner peace.

The gong vibrations work on a cellular level and continue to work long after the gong bath has finished. Gong healing works on various levels - physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual. The whole being is returned to a state of harmonic balance.

What to bring:
Yoga mat

Please note, sound baths are not suitable for anyone who
* Has a pacemaker or any other metal implants.
* Suffers with epilepsy or seizures

Journey with Peacock for Self Confidence, Authenticity and Heightened Spiritual Awareness

We begin our journey with a reflective meditation before relaxing into a deeper meditative state with the vibrations of the drum beat.

As this journey connects us to the energy of Reiki and Seichem you are held in Love and Light as you receive insight and healing from the elemental rays of Earth, Fire, Water and Air to align and balance your body mind and soul.

Suitable for beginners as you are guided throughout the session as well as those who have experience with meditation.

Chairs are provided, if you prefer to lie down please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or 2 blankets and pillow

Please be aware the drum may be quite loud and therefore may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound
