Happy Father’s Day in heaven to an amazing dad! 🎈✨Today, my beautiful girl sent a balloon flying high into the sky for her dad.She was only 10 weeks old when he passed away, but we make sure his memory stays completely alive. We talk about him all the time, laughing at the funny stories and remembering his bright spirit.Even though we cannot see him, a father’s love never leaves. He has the best seat in the house watching her grow, and he is so incredibly proud of the happy, strong, and beautiful girl she is today! Lovely story to start Sunday with ❤️

I received a lovely call recently from the Baron family, who had heard about Daffodils Dreams and the work we do to support children and families across the borough.

Without hesitation, they wanted to help.

Dad, Paul, kindly offered to buy toys for the children we support through our referral programme, and we had the pleasure of meeting Paul, his wife Lyndsey, and their children, Charley and Darcey.

What an amazing selection of toys they chose! There is truly something for everyone – every age, every interest, and every personality. It was clear that a lot of thought, care, and kindness went into choosing each item, and I’m sure the family had a wonderful time shopping together.

These toys will bring so much joy and create special memories for the children who receive them. Acts of kindness like this remind us just how fortunate we are to have such caring and compassionate people in our community.

On behalf of everyone at Daffodils Dreams, and the children who will benefit from your generosity, thank you Paul, Lyndsey, Charley and Darcy. Your support means more than words can express.
