Providing experience within the community, garden maintenance for the elderly and, a wide range of centre-based activities to support developing independent living skills.

We are overwhelmed by the love and support everyone has shown us since we announced we are closing.

The messages we have received from people we have helped over the years is astonishing.

We want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you who supported our small business.

The Connect Centre Orrell Community Hub

This organisation has provided an opportunity for one of our learners to gain new skills by allowing them to work in the cafe.

They are so supportive and understanding.

Volunteering to help decorate the centre gave us the opportunity to pay back the kindness and support they have shown us.

Today we completed the last of the bulb planting for Friends of Orrell Station. We cannot wait until they flower 🌺

After a busy month making and packaging donated items we finally started delivering our random act of kindness gifts ahead of Saturday.

We are a small organisation so this year we are very proud to have reached over 200 people. For everyone who got involved and supported us we want to say thank you.

The feedback we have received is amazing. Knowing that such a small gesture from a stranger can make a difference to people and make them smile is worth all the effort.

Working together really does make a difference.

We had such a busy day today.

We visited the church cafe in Orrell. We chatted with old friends and made new ones. This is such a lovely inclusive community initiative.

We supported Josh with his work experience placement and celebrated the upcoming birthdays of Ian and Joseph.

Thanks to Eileen, Anne and the members of Bramble House we managed to package more donations for Random Act of Kindness Day on 17 February.

We cannot thank everyone who supports us enough. Working together really makes a difference.

Random Act of Kindness day is next month so this week we have been busy preparing for the day.

This year we plan to exceed our previous goals and make sure we reach as many people as we possibly can.

A lovely lady who supports our organisation, Anne Holden has been busy crafting and donated lots of handmade gifts to pass on to others. With her help and donations we are able to double our efforts.

Our learners wrapped and packed them with the help of our staff and amazing volunteers Sue and Cath.
